Last year, we held a tee shirt fundraiser and helped send our buddy Bauer to school. This year, we’ve got even bigger plans! We want to help shelters that are committed to reward-based training build their programs. To help them do that, we’ll be donating training treats, clickers, harnesses and aprons to hold important things like those treats!

We believe in promoting adoption and helping dogs become more adoptable. If you follow our Facebook page and read this blog, you know that we are dedicated to helping dogs and people succeed. We are huge fans of shelters that utilize reward-based training, whether it be through training programs for their dogs or by teaching volunteers the skills they need to help dogs succeed and giving them the tools to do so.

In our travels, we’ve seen this done very well and it’s quite a beautiful thing to see. Among the shelters that will benefit from this fundraiser are: Tony LaRussa’s Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF), the Maryland SPCA, the Louisiana SPCA, the San Francisco SPCA and Animal Care and Control Team of Philadelphia. Want a shelter or rescue you are involved with to get in on the action? Email us at and we’ll add you to the growing list of shelters and rescues that are adopting reward-based programs and protocols.

In order to be able to make this happen, we need to meet our goal of $500. If we meet that goal, tee shirts will be printed and we’ll get to buying supplies! You can help shelter dogs and look fabulous in the process- it’s really a win-win!
